This weekend we are finally driving to Virginia to see my brand new baby niece. She’ll be a month old already and I haven’t gotten to shoot her yet! (more important than holding her) We’ll stay till Monday but then we will drive back north to the beach where we will spend a week. Yay!
Last time we went to the beach, Pepper came along. She is welcome at the beachhouse, and at my sister’s house, but this time she is being boarded, which we affectionately refer to as Puppy Camp. She is pretty mouthy and territorial around other dogs and people, and it was a pain in the neck to keep her quiet during her walks at the condo. My husband declared that she is not going to stress him out on his vacation. Puppy Camp is expensive, but she’s in good hands. But she’s such a nosybody that I don’t think she rests much while she’s there. When we pick her up she always heads right for the couch and sacks out for a couple days. She needs a vacation from our vacation.
